We achieve this by exclusively selecting mature, high-density coconut shells and controlling the temperature inside our kilns. This high carbon spec guarantees superior heat retention and extended burning time for the end products.

Managing residue is our top priority. We guarantee a very low ash content (under 3%) with a clean, light-colored ash characteristic. Before packaging, our raw charcoal undergoes a rigorous screening and manual sorting process to eliminate unwanted residues such as sand, stones, dirt, and unburned coconut fibers (coir).

To maximize cost-efficiency for bulk raw materials, we pack our charcoal in highly durable 20kg to 30kg woven polypropylene (PP) bags. We meticulously stuff these bags (floor-loaded) into containers to maximize space, securely fitting approximately 24 to 25 metric tons into a standard 40ft High Cube container.

We highly encourage factory visits and transparent sampling. International buyers are always welcome to visit our facility in East Java to inspect our stockpiles, witness the screening process, and verify our quality control firsthand.
